Doy you need sparkling teeth? Then prepare a mixture containing one teaspoon of lemon juice along with one teaspoon of bicarbonate and half teaspoon of salt. Use this as a toothpaste once a week.It will lighten your skin and helps in smoothing your rough edges of elbows and knees. Take a lemon and Cut it into two halves then rest your elbows in each for 15 minutes. Or you can squeeze juice of lemon and apply on your knees.

The Epsom salt bath is useful for treating infections like cold, kidney disorders, skin affections and catarrh. For Epsom salt bath the following procedure is used. First bathtub should be filled with 135 liters of hot water at 40 degree Celsius. Then one and half kg of Epsom salt is dissolved in this water. Before talking this bath the patient should drink one glass of water, must cover head with cold towel and the lie in the tub, completely impressing the body, legs and hands for 20 minutes. The best time to take this path is just before going to bed.

Tea is a refreshing drink which stimulates our body both mentally and physically. Tea contains theobromine which stimulates our body. In addition to this tea cures digestive problems. Make a mixture of chamomile, peppermint, caraway seeds, and angelica. Now pour 1 tea spoon of the mixture into one cup of hot water. Stir the mixture well for ten minutes. This mixture soothes the digestive problem, stimulates the digestive activity and useful for stomach ache and too for full feeling. Drink one cup of tea before two hours to bed. Safe exercises include walking, swimming, and bicycling. Excess weight also causes back pain, so we have to control our weight. Excess weight causes stress in back. Those people who are in sedentary occupation must take rest and break with every one hour. Soft cushioned seats should be avoided and position should be changed often as far as possible. People with back pain should sleep on firm mattress on their sides and knees bent at right angles to their torso.
