Swimming is the best exercise which helps us to keep our body fit. Swimming is necessary for everyone; it will help in emergency situation like floods. It will save your life at the time of this situation. Every child must be given training for swimming. It controls the blood flow in our body and helps in maintaining good health. At first you must get proper training about swimming. There are lots of place where they are teaching swimming. If we do swimming once in a week it will be good for our health.
