Weight loss is the single reason people start to exercise. Don’t concentrate on weight loss. Concentrate on healthy foods and exercises. Eating often doesn’t cause over weight. But eat foods having fewer calories and more proteins. As fat is very important to your diet choose correct fat. You must do exercises constantly to burn your calories and hence to lose weight. Measure your weight weekly, have healthy diet food and do exercise constantly to reduce your weight. Reduce sugar in your daily diet as sugar adds your weight. Have green tea which is rich in antioxidants and can help burn fat.
