Vegetables are good for health. Adding fresh vegetables in our daily diet improves our health. Vegetables are also good for the patients with hypertension. Raw foods are better than cooked foods because, when they are cooked they lose its natural juices. Some vegetables like carrot, tomatoes, onion, and spinach etc… are best when they are taken in their raw form. Fresh vegetables are good for children health. As children need lots of energy vegetables are best food for them. They may be cut into pieces and sprinkled with lemon and salt to make them more palatable. I love eating vegetables don’t you?
