Now a day’s high blood pressure is very common problem. Do you check your blood pressure daily? If you have high blood pressure, don’t worry about it, because it can be treated naturally. The first and foremost thing is that you must have proper diet. There are many foods that are good for reducing blood pressure. Some of them are bananas, celery, chocolate, and even red wine etc... Exercise also reduces hyper tension, especially deep breathing helps in eliminating high blood pressure. Stress plays a vital role in blood pressure. If you are addicted with alcohol try to decrease this habit, because alcohol will increase hyper tension. Smoking also increases hyper tension if you smoke, try to stop it. However with proper diet and exercises you can keep away hypertension.
