All of us know that natural foods are good for health. Here I am going to give you information about the cheap and rich energy fruit banana. Banana is available at all places they are rich in proteins and potassium. They also have high energizing value. They help in fighting against insomnia, depression and premenstrual problems. They help in digestion, it is suggested by doctor to eat banana daily after your dinner. It has vitamin b6 and help in curing heart disease. They are easy to digest and serve as excellent food.
