Most of us think that health is only concerned with the body, but it is not true health also includes maintaining hair. We must take care of hair. A healthy person must have strong and glowing hair. We must focus seriously on the hair. Do you know why hair loss occurs? It is only due to a lot of stress. Therefore, we have to minimize the stress by doing meditation. By doing meditation and exercise, we can control stress, and hence we can reduce hair loss. Another factor that influences the growth of hair is the food which we eat. Take fresh and natural foods and avoid preserved foods. The most important factor is that we must wash your hair regularly. We must use good hair conditioners which removes dandruff and other dust particles. We must use hair conditioners at least twice a week. Furthermore, we must apply oil to hair, because oil helps in cooling of hair. Due to hot weather, hair will lose its smoothness, and therefore we must apply oil to hair regularly.
