Nutrition deals with the food which we are eating, the body breaks down the food and drink into nutrients. These nutrients flow through the body to be used wherever necessary. Carbohydrates are converted into glucose, protein is converted into amino acid and fats are converted into fatty acids. We must eat enough food to get all key nutrients. Nutrition is totally based on the right balance of nutrients necessary for good health. Food stuff is a raw material which is used to prepare food. Only eating particular foods not make us healthier, we must take food in correct proposition. There is no big difference between food stuff and nutrients. Food in general is just a carrier for nutrients. For example, if you take a loaf of bread, it has starch, proteins, carbohydrates, non fatty dairy milk in it. When you eat food, it gets to break down into nutrients. In order to get healthy life, we must in take food in correct proposition of nutrients.
